VISITOR INFO AND SAFETY

Please remember the Showground is on farmland. The ground is not level – there may be rabbit holes, dips, bumps and ruts. We use traditional marquees, tents and gazebos so please look out for guy ropes and anchor pegs. Please take care when walking around.

VEHICLES

Movement of vehicles during Show opening hours is strictly controlled. Emergency vehicles may need to transit the Showground. Please keep this in mind and take care.

ANIMALS

After handling animals please WASH YOUR HANDS at the toilet facilities.

LOST CHILDREN

Lost children should be brought to the Control Area by First Aid near to the large oak trees.

LOST PROPERTY

Please keep personal possessions with you at all times.

FIRST AID

The First Aid facility is located by the Control Area and all accidents should be reported there, as soon as possible.

SECURITY

Please keep personal belongings with you at all times and report any suspicious items to the Control Area, by the First Aid near to the large oak trees.

LITTER

Please help to keep the showground clean and tidy by putting all your litter in the litter bins provided on the Showground and in the car parks.

DOGS

Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome on the Showground. Please be sure to clear up after your dog. If you do leave your dog in your car, ensure that it has sufficient air and does not get too hot, dehydrated or distressed.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

The Show Organisers accept no responsibility for any claim in respect of damage, loss or accident (whether fatal or otherwise) to any person, animal, vehicle, exhibit or property, howsoever caused, in connection with or arising from the Show and those concerned shall be deemed to have accepted this condition.

Police Message

Avoid becoming a victim of crime.

Take care of all of your personal belongings whilst at the Show; don’t make it easy for thieves with wallets and purses left visible in pockets or on top of handbags.

Look after your phone!

Do not leave valuable items on view in your parked vehicle.
