SONGS OF PRAISE
Come and join us at 16.00 on Sunday for Songs of Praise on the show’s Village Green. Led by the Reverend Jeremy Goulston, we’ll be singing an up-lifting selection of some of our favourite hymns.
THE UKEY D’UKES
The Ukey D’Ukes are a Rockin’ Ukulele Band with great rhythms and harmonies. Enjoy music from the 60’s to the present day covering a wide range of musical tastes, from The Small Faces to George Ezra, Carole King to Amy Winehouse, Little Big Town to Bruce Springsteen and of course not forgetting Rock n’ Roll. This will run both days.
WANTAGE SILVER BAND
Regular supporters of the Show, the award-winning Wantage Silver Band, join us again to entertain the crowds. Prepare to be treated to a wide selection of music from rousing marches to old show tunes and rock numbers, as well as jazz and several solos. This will run both days.
IKNIELD WAY MORRIS MEN
Did you know that the origins of the Morris dance go back to English links with Spain from the time of King Henry the VII? The hugely popular Icknield Way Morris Men will perform the traditional dances of Oxfordshire villages at the Show. This will run on the Monday only.
